The Drafting Directions Report for the Memphis and Shelby County Unified Development Code (UDC) is now available for public review. This report supplements the City’s previous work with a holistic assessment of the current Code, and offers a strategic, targeted set of recommendations to guide the upcoming rewrite of the UDC.
