• Memphis + Shelby County UDC Drafting Directions Report (5MB)

  The Drafting Directions Report includes an assessment of the UDC’s current development regulations and offers a strategic, targeted set of recommendations to guide the upcoming rewrite of the Code. This report will not be revised, but we welcome your feedback as we begin drafting the new UDC. Input submitted through the form on this site will help to inform the development of the first full draft, which will be released for public comment later this year.
