Our team brings together local expertise and national experience to update the Memphis and Shelby County Unified Development Code. This update will help turn the community's vision from Memphis 3.0 into reality through clearer, more effective development rules.

A Memphis-Centered Approach

The Memphis & Shelby County Division of Planning and Development (DPD) is partnering with Camiros, a national urban planning firm that specializes in modernizing development regulations. But we know that national expertise alone isn't enough – this project needs to reflect Memphis's unique character and values.
